By accessing the Olzhasstik Motorsports Panel ("Panel"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Panel.

2. Access & Eligibility

Access to this Panel is restricted to authorized members of the Olzhasstik Motorsports racing league. Unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.

3. Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Panel, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, or interfere with the operation of the Panel in any way.

4. Data

Driver performance data submitted through the Panel is used solely for league management purposes. Ratings are visible to other authorized admins.

5. Changes

Olzhasstik Motorsports reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

1. Data We Collect

When you authenticate via Discord or Google, we collect your username, avatar, and account ID. For Discord users, we verify your server membership and permission level.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to authenticate you and manage your session within the Panel. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

3. Data Storage

Session data is stored temporarily and expires after 24 hours. Driver performance ratings are stored in our database for league administration purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Discord OAuth2 and Google OAuth2 for authentication. Please review their respective privacy policies: discord.com/privacy and policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data by contacting the league administration. Note that deleting your data will remove your access to the Panel.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies strictly for authentication purposes. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
